I do not think the narrators voice is a good fit for this particular audio whatsoever. In my opinion it comes off as sounding commercial or inauthentic. Very unfortunate because the content itself is wonderful and genuine.

Narration isn’t bad

Text is … like listening to the inside stream of thought coming from an ungrounded new ager in the early 1970s. Ended up learning about how Godfre was essentially a cult leader and all of these little fantasy stories have most of their premise being stolen from Helena Blavatsky. So interesting learning their story, however the book is just such basic intellectual spiritual nonsense … as if a salesman was trying to convince you of something. This is material that was used to capture people within a cult and take advantage of them … hence the other more excited reviewers … not intelligent enough to see critically through the lies being sold to them. It is very creative though!
