The author describes in detail the anatomy and physiology of the Vagus nerve and the organs it affects in its track.
HE also offers a lot of tips to stimulate it.

I am struggling to finish listening to this voice. is he a robot? Does he understand the practice of pausing after a sentence. He reads Vegas nerve medical jargon for 90% of the book. When he does come around to actually providing practical advice, he rambles through them like a grammar school boy reading in front of the class. I have to admit I haven't quite finished it and will edit this bad review if the last 2 chapters are better than the previous chapters. Sorry I really wanted to learn from this book.
