Well that escalated quickly

If you read book one there was tons of things going on and sooo much heated tension. Well book two went from tension to fast and furious in a blink of an eye. The plot doesn’t really progress much. I get the newness off the relationship with so many partners would mean a lot of spicy times but it’s sad after so much was going on in the first book.

The end of the book picks ups and of course the cliffhanger is enough to have you wanting more.

Narrators nailed it. I think if it would have been any other narrators I would long have enjoyed this book as much. They just being the characters to life.

It’s so good

This book was fantastic. I can’t wait for the next one. I’m so happy they made these into audiobooks. They are so good.

THAT ENDING 😭😭😭

Bridget and Jake crushed the audio performance again and now I need the third book pleaseeeeeee.

I can’t wait to see how the dynamic changes between Linc and Q. There is obvious tension there and I am ready for it.

Raven has entered into the world of the Black Venom Crew and I can’t wait to see how she rules as their queen. She just started finding her stride before this book ended and I almost cried because I can’t wait.

From zero to sixty

I enjoyed book one and was super excited for book two, but it went from zero to sixty. It’s literally all sex now to the point that the story is not progressing at all. I am not opposed to spicy books AT ALL, but the sex scenes should enhance the story, not overtake it to the point where the story is at a standstill for chapters and chapters with no progression.

I honestly feel like this would have been better classified as erotica (with there is nothing wrong with, but it’s not what I was looking for in this book).

The narrators were great, as always with this duo.
