This was a great story. sad to learn Col Johnson recently passed away. Warriors like Col Johnson need to be remembered.

The detail he went into from memory is wild to me remembering all the small parts made this book 10/10 for me.

Good bio on balance

Down to earth, honest. I recommend for a good perspective of the pre GWOT era of US soldier experience both regular and Special Operations via authors experience.

The real story. He was there.

He did what most men in this country today run away from. A very proud American.
