Overall, A Good Read

There are some good nuggets in here. Although sometimes this book gets monotonous. Regardless, I think the speaker did as good as it could have been done.

Like most things in life, you're not going to need everything. Take what fits you and discard the things that don't apply to you. Yes, I recommend this book.
