Interesting story of a love gone wrong with the hero and heroine. Years later the hero could not forget her and decided to contact her through an alias and himself. During his time of contacting the heroine, he was married, but his wife died. There was a mystery as to his wife’s death. Bow Street investigation had the hero and heroine as subjects for wife’s death. In the end the wife’s death was solved. Good story. Recommend.

Adequate

This one ties two series together by giving background on the school mistress and the secretive man who had given financial and emotional support. It gives both of them their happily ever after. Not the best one she's written, but it does give answers to her followers
The other problem was the narrator who overdramatized continuously.
