Essence best-selling author Grace Octavia has amassed critical acclaim for romantic novels full of wit, sass, and sophistication. In What He’s Been Missing, Rachel Winslow is a successful Atlanta wedding planner still searching for true love. When her longtime best friend Ian breaks the news that he’s getting married, Rachel realizes the depth of her feelings for him. Ian complicates matters by asking her to plan the wedding, sending Rachel into a tailspin of bad decisions -- including an affair with another man -- that threatens to cost her everything.

Loved it. listened to it twice. I am about to replay for a third time. I felt like I was curled up watching a great film. I live the twists and turns and unexpected finish. Very entertaining. Light hearted. The author is an excellent story teller. And the narrator is a perfect match for bringing it to life! Love love looooovvee!

I actually liked the story but I did not need the homophobis, and transphobia. I probably won't listen to this author again.

Touchy and Tacky

This story was such a "reality " check for all ages and those who love, love. Living in Atlanta, I could really relate to the story and landmarks, as well as the hbcu insight which was also dope. I love the climax in this story and the reality of every chapter. Such a Beautiful ending and story that many of us can relate to in one way or another. Keep writing! Job well done, awesome narrator.
