I do love this series since it blends the pursuit of the criminal with the banter between grandfather and grandson

Love the quirky characters. Love how the writer paints a thoroughly engaging story completely with quirky characters, delightful scenes and locations and historical references. Love the entertaining and lively narrator.

You'll Never Figure Out This One

I love the originality of the plots, the beguiling characters and the historical elements. Warning: once you start you can't put it down. Strongly suggest you start with the first in the series, Also, if you listen to the audio, the narrator is a genius with the voices. I can see teenage Christopher and the old gentleman grandfather. Enjoy!

Intricate plot

I enjoy the banter and camaraderie between Lord Edgington and his grandson. The juxtaposition between two eras show the timelessness of human experience.
