Awesome book

Very detailed book giving info to understand the different ways men abuse & control others.

Essential reading for abused women

So incredibly helpful for healing from relationship abuse. Great stories of other women's experiences too, which made me feel far less alone and realize how normal I am despite it all.

Conscientious narration. Thank you!

Only complaint is that the chapters sounded a little mixed up from where the narrator's stated versus what the program's stated as it was narrating.

It is very sad, and everyone needs to be aware inorder to save those they love and those they don't know from the monsters that prey on them.

Helpful and not too complex

I found this book easy to listen too and not complex with psych-babble.
The stories are real to me and I’ve learned a lot about myself.
