Action Packed with Twists and Turns

Wonderful story - fast paced and lots of twists! I love S. C.’s writing style - witty and with so much emotional intelligence. Great listen!

Great listen or read. Will look for more books by this author. Great story telling

Robotic narration, not suspenseful!

I’m so tired of books, Bing labeled as suspenseful or thrillers, and they are anything but. Secondly, much of the narration is very romantic sounding. Third, phrases or use that make no sense. I’m not baseball expert but I’m pretty sure the phrase “a curveball out of left field” makes no sense. The main review gives away the fact that the dead sister‘s daughter she gave up for adoption comes back. Why was this included in the review? It would’ve been much more interesting if that had been left out and had been a reveal. Just one of the many mistakes/areas for improvement that a better editor could have done some thing with. Very much disappointed. Would not recommend.
