Narration really choppy

The cadence of the narration was extremely frustrating and jarring. Most narrators are so smooth and comfortable to listen to, but this one, especially when doing the accents of Charles and Bran, was really grating.

Never disappointed

PB never lets me down. As with many other novels, starts out slow and burns rubber at the end. I love Anna and Charles and the story was in character for them, their life and relationship. Epilogue left me thrilled for future novels. Thanks PB!

Another homerun

The development of the stories are great. BUT, but the development of characters that have been around for several books, delicious. I can't wait for the next book, not only in this series, but in this universe.

About Time!!

I've waited two years for the next book in the series 2 be released! And it was well worth the wait. Patricia Briggs always has a beautiful way of articulating her characters personalities and their adventures. now that I have finished this book I'm back on the waiting list for the next in the series The find out what the future holds for the newest edition to the Marrok's pack.
