“She said”

I found it very distracting in the story to hear ‘she said ‘ the story was fine.
I started cringing every time, which was frequent to hear ‘she said’.

Good...

A wholesome tale with a couple unexpected twists. Had to play at 2x speed, but other than that was an okay quick listen.

Funny and entertaining

My husband and I both listened to this together. We enjoyed it so much. It cute and a bit funny at times. We can't wait to listen to book 2.

Witches always have a “ spell”

Book was hard to stop listening to until the end. Full of twist and turns.
You never know “ who you think you think people really are” until the end.
Delightful read.

So close…

I wanted to love the book, but it lacked development. Audio Performance wasn’t the issue but the writing was. The story had great bones but needed more world building and showing instead of telling.
