Fun but loose threads at end

I don’t expect realism in these books, but I think there is a difference between teasers for the next book and just plain weird loose ends.

This was well-voiced.

The book was similar to others from this universe, with the caveat that some major plot issues are simply unaddressed. Completely. I sat through the epilogue thinking “Here’s where they explain The Thing,” and then the book was over.

So if you’re fine with plot holes which are not part of the general OTT nature of the other series but aren’t exactly cliffhangers or foreshadowing or teasers for the next book, enjoy what there is. Adventure, violence and sex, and oddly specific mentions of who is wearing what designer, since that’s what I need to know between firefights.
