Sheena Jolie + Joel Leslie = Magic

Wolfsbane was my introduction to SJ Himes/Sheena Jolie storytelling. It led to the The Beacon Hill Sorcerer series. Hearing the book narrated by Joel Leslie is wonderful. If you are not ready for the full plunge into the longer books of the Beacon Hill series, Wolfbane is a great jumping off point.

Amazing!

This book is just simply amazing! The characters are so well thought out even for it being a shorter book. The angst is just enough to suck you in and crave more. While the ending is great this ending keeps you praying for another book because you just want more but not in a bad way, the two main characters are just so great you hope the get a second book because power couple hell yeah! I highly recommend.

Wolf Shifters Come to Beacon Hill

This novella introduces wolf shifters as main characters into the exciting world of magic and romance in the “Beacon Hill Sorcerer” series. Wolfpack dynamics are introduced without unnecessary exposition, and it’s hard not to quickly fall for a confident, protective alpha wooing his skittish hoped-to-be mate who is threatened by malevolent forces. This novella is a thoughtful and romantic introduction of characters who will be important to know in the next Beacon Hill Sorcerer book, “The Necromancer’s War.”

Pleasantly surprised

I read the blurb and it sounded interesting, I'm so glad I decided to take a chance on it. I didnt stop listening from beginning to end. Can't wait to read more with these characters.
