Becoming a Woman of God

This book has been the highlight of my week. Each chapter includes a scripture passage about a different woman in the Bible then the application to life today. I enjoyed the historical perspective given in many of the stories. Women in Bible timed lives in a different culture and had different cultural norms than we do now. Understanding the culture they lived in helps put their story into perspective and the application their story has to us. The application questions asked were very applicable to my life.

The narrator was perfect for the book with a very calming and gentle voice. Highly recommended.

Beautifully written and also includes Bible clips!

It is beautiful, easy to listen to-- as broken up into small stories-- and I love that I learned more about Bible women I hadn't even heard of before! Finally, a book that also discusses the rarely heard of women! Praise be to God for this author and narrator! Amen.
