I was originally disappointed in this guided meditation but over a couple years it has grown on me. It offers a method for finding perspective and increasing one's tolerance for unpleasant emotions. It's a helpful tool for the toolbox.

This was a short guided meditation which was taken from another of the authors books. I would have liked to have known which one to good get it. Part meditation is easy while another part was hard because you have to deal with emotional stuff.
