Contains books 1-5 in the Wyvern Academy series.

When treading the path of ascension, you'd better watch your step.

After incursions of demons from another plane of existence changed the course of history, humanity learned one undeniable truth: traditional weapons wouldn't cut it. Those strong enough to resist cultivated their Ki and emerged as heroes of Ascension to combat the demonic threat.

For two hopeful Ascendants, J and Alex, this journey begins at Wyvern Academy. But surviving in one of the world's top battle academies isn't the only thing they have to worry about. Fellow students and rivals, beautiful girls, and treacherous exams stand in the way of their first steps on the path of ascension.

Wyvern Academy is a harem cultivation series by authors Atlas Kane, bestselling author of the Chimera King series, and Grayson Sinclair, LitRPG author of Hive Knight. Wyvern Academy is inspired by Japanese light novels as well as a deep love and respect for anime, kung fu, martial arts, and battle academy adventures.

Wyvern Academy contains adult content, unconventional harem relationships, graphic and persistent violence, and occasional lapses in decorum that would make your dear mother faint. Proceed at your own risk.

Narrated in duet style.

TBH, I scratched my head when I heard that this was a harem lit novel, written and duet style. Now, I love this series, and wish there was more. And narration between the two main characters was different enough that there was no mistaking who was who. The high points, the low points, and all the action made me feel like I was on the edge of my seat. This is definitely a series. I recommend in one. I’m sure I’m will re-listen to time and time again.

Amazing story, amazing narration

So I started book 1 way back before the series had finished and it just didn’t click for me. When I saw the complete collection I decided to give it another go. Maybe it was the VAs or that I was genuinely hoping that I would enjoy it, but man am I glad I gave it another shot. From chapter one of book one to the last line of the series, I was hooked! The back and forth between the two heroes point of view was brilliant and I wish more stories were like it. Highly recommend reading and/or listening to this series.

A great series!

Not sure if two different writers wrote each character or something but there are a lot of little things that diverge about skills and such that forget previous books. One Mc has way more focused chapters on bedroom stuff is a blown up example but even fighting stuff gets mixed up between mcs at times. I gave a 3 to story cause the first three books are mostly fine except Alex never steals ki to do simple stuff like heal someone using their own qi or ki or use an enemies ki against a foe (or even try against a demon)
The whole nemesis thing is trash for me. I don’t think I’ll continue this series after book 4 even though I have the omnibus.
Love Daniel and Rebecca and buy books just cause they narrate tbh can’t recommend their work enough. I miss Lena lol

3 star to story cause only the first 3 books make any sense
