A bs book basically full of self agrandizing lies. He was an awful CEO and everyone is pretty much in agreement and the gall to say he turned around Boeing is insane. McNerney is the reason the 737 MAXs exist at all.

This book is an excellent collection of what McNerney said during his reign at Boeing. Sadly for those of us who were at Boeing, the opposite of what you hear in this book actually took place. Basically the leadership said one thing (all good) and the company did exactly the opposite. I would say this book summarizes how it should have been, instead of how it actually was.
