This was just as good and creepy as the original!

I loved this! The sequel definitely was just as good! Very creepy and kept me interested up to the very end!

Good listen, but it did get predictable about 3/4 through the book. Worth a listen if you listened to the previous book

Well written story ..holds your interest throughout. Nice job by the narrator. Decent listen, good work

It got to a point

I really liked the first one (You Invited It In), but the sequel kind of lost me halfway through. It started off spooky and had me on edge, but then it dragged a bit — I ended up skipping around just to see how it ended. The narration for Asher still grated on me, but overall it wasn’t a bad listen… I just couldn’t stick with the middle 😬

Really great, but…

I don’t typically like sequels because they rarely do the original work justice, but this one was an exception. I really like the narrator too, but either my Californian ears are broken or he is terrible at accents. I swear Mona sounded like she was an Irish German Norwegian Gypsy from Tennessee and at one point one of the characters said something about Emmanuel being Canadian? What? I don’t know. The story was so good I didn’t even care.
