Fantastic collection of horror stories

This one by Nick Roberts starts off not with a starting gun but a shotgun blast. Roberts’ range is excellently highlighted in this collection.

Top read of 2025

Skyrocketed to my top read of the year! Kudos Nick Roberts. Some of these stories had me speechless. Some had me yelling at my phone. (I scared the hell out of my boss doing that but oh well.) Now off to find something that can come somewhere close to the awesomeness of this book.

Worth it for “the panda”

I enjoy short stories,I enjoy horror- when done well and with non AI voices,its a win!

Delightful and gruesome

Finally some stories that were truly terrifying without just being gross for gross sake. All of them were really good but the first few were my favorites. If you like movies like hills have eyes etc as much as I do then you should love these too. I will definitely be on lookout for more of his work in the future. So far I have loved all his stories I’ve read so far. If you’re on the fence this one is so worth the credit you won’t regret it.
