First of all, the narrator'a voice grates on my nerves. And not just the voice, but the intonation and inflection. Sometimes robotic, sometimes patronizing...it's hard to explain.

While the content of the book is good, I haven't listened to enough of it to comment on it. However, I did purchase a hardcopy, because the author lays out a lifestyle plan and, in order to implement it, the book needs to be referenced from time to time. Additionally having a hard copy will allow me to make notes, also for reference.
