Stunning

Words aren’t enough to describe how much I adore this book the pacing, the horror elements, the narration choices, all of it is so spectacular and well done!!! I wish I could give it more than just five stars across the board!

Captivating

I was entranced with every scene. The narrators did phenomally in bringing the scenes to life. I will be listening to this again.

Excellent use of figurative language

The author did an excellent job describing everything in this book. I could see the scenes and feel the emotions with the characters,

Dark, Unique, and Emotionally Gripping

Your Blood, My Bones is a haunting blend of dark fantasy and horror with a deeply emotional core. The atmosphere is eerie and immersive, and the characters, especially the complex dynamic between the leads, really pull you in.

The narration is excellent and adds to the story’s chilling tone. While some world-building elements could’ve used more clarity, the emotional weight and suspense kept me hooked.

A great pick for fans of creepy, character-driven stories with a slow-burn intensity.

I wanted to love it!

I really wanted to love this! I just couldn’t really keep up. I restarted it 3 times. Maybe if I had read it on my kindle it would have been better but there wasn’t a distinct switch to flashbacks for me and the characters were confusing. That being said, It could have just been me! So maybe I’ll give another try at a later date and come back!
