Another POV

I grew up never knowing Kurana was rescued! I didn’t know this book existed! I’m almost sad it does after finishing. She had such hopes of seeing her sister and people again. It’s almost as if she was disappointed and lived her life on and off the island in a lonely world of her own, despite having a niece and nephew whom she couldn’t fully understand were her family. But I liked Zia and how she wouldn’t to give up on Kurana.

Great to find out what happened after Island of the Blue Dolphins. Love the reader also. She did a great job.
