10 minute sessions made it easy to do every day (or every other day sometimes when I’d forget). I found all of the sessions helpful in one way or another. I love that she went through a different technique each day.

I felt a benefit the very first day, and as the days progressed, I built confidence in my ability to make this a lifelong practice.

I added this to my library but just set it aside and wasn’t using it. Once I started I didn’t want to stop. This is wonderful! Thank you Audible for offering this free. Her voice is perfect, soothing and soft. It’s the right amount of time where you are sure to fit it into every day. I’m in love with this series!! I am learning a lot along the way and finding relaxation/peace of mind.

Five stars for this Audiobook. It has different themes or topics for each guided section and is a must have. Be it for people on the go, or you need help slowing down to regain a moment of quiet, you need to decrease a feeling of anxiety, or you just enjoy meditating this is a great tool!

I always thought meditation wasn’t for me, but I decided to give it a try with this audiobook, and Wow! I listen to it before I go to bed and it gets me in that perfect mood to sleep and reset my mind and body for a better day the next day.
