  • Episode 79 - Finding Your Inner Peace And Tranquility Through Patience.
    Mar 16 2026
In this episode, we talk about James 5:11 in the Bible when it comes to being patient, despite all the adversities, pain, suffering, trauma, medical issues, losing everything financially, being a single mother, death, and more. How all of these people that are causing all of the chaos when it comes to the lower class of the United States are going to reap what they sow? The one thing that I learned through healing and recovery is the importance of James chapter 5, because it talks about patience, and how to deal with burnout. Same way that Job in the Bible went through what he went through when it came to losing everything, going through illnesses and diseases, losing his whole entire family, and so much more, his faith in God did not waiver. He still continue to pray, and continue to do the right thing despite thing first time it all. People told him to go against God, and he would not. He even went before God, and her stripped down naked, and said to him that he is coming to him as if he is a newborn baby, ready for God to lead him to something new. And this is no different than any of us. We also talk about how Jesus was crucified, and resurrected from the dead, despite being crucified and convicted for something that he never did. He was betrayed by one of his disciples, and he still forgave him. But this chapter of the Bible is very important because it talks about the importance of closing chapters, moving on from the past, and focusing on your presence and your future. You not looking back like the story of Lot when he left Sodom and Gomorrah. And all of this is how you’re healing begins. And I hope this episode teaches everyone who listens to this episode, the importance of letting go of what was, closing chapters, forgiving those who have wronged you, and moving forward to a new and better version of you, in a new embedded version of your life.

    Mar 13 2026
In this episode, I discussed how to find your inner peace and tranquility through accepting people and things for who and what they truly are and not what you what it, things, and people to be. How Spirtual healing and recovery will lead to your interal and external health and wellness, emotional, mental, psychological, relationships, and healing and recovery. In order for you to be able to feel in all the aspects of your life, you have to heal spiritually. A lot of people tell you when you go through something negative that you have to suck it up and act like it didn’t happen. And today I want to talk about the importance of not doing that. It’s OK to deal with what happened to you negatively. Except in the fact that someone did something to you in a negative way that hurt, caused you pain, suffering, and trauma. And we need to stop telling people to suck it up and act like things didn’t happen to them that was negative. You accepting the fact that some negative person did something to them in a negative way. So I decided to take the time today to discuss my journey of accepting the fact that things that happened to me negatively when I was a kid, that I was told to stuck it up and act like you didn’t happen.
