  • Episode 79 - Finding Your Inner Peace And Tranquility Through Patience.
    Mar 16 2026
In this episode, we talk about James 5:11 in the Bible when it comes to being patient, despite all the adversities, pain, suffering, trauma, medical issues, losing everything financially, being a single mother, death, and more. How all of these people that are causing all of the chaos when it comes to the lower class of the United States are going to reap what they sow? The one thing that I learned through healing and recovery is the importance of James chapter 5, because it talks about patience, and how to deal with burnout. Same way that Job in the Bible went through what he went through when it came to losing everything, going through illnesses and diseases, losing his whole entire family, and so much more, his faith in God did not waiver. He still continue to pray, and continue to do the right thing despite thing first time it all. People told him to go against God, and he would not. He even went before God, and her stripped down naked, and said to him that he is coming to him as if he is a newborn baby, ready for God to lead him to something new. And this is no different than any of us. We also talk about how Jesus was crucified, and resurrected from the dead, despite being crucified and convicted for something that he never did. He was betrayed by one of his disciples, and he still forgave him. But this chapter of the Bible is very important because it talks about the importance of closing chapters, moving on from the past, and focusing on your presence and your future. You not looking back like the story of Lot when he left Sodom and Gomorrah. And all of this is how you’re healing begins. And I hope this episode teaches everyone who listens to this episode, the importance of letting go of what was, closing chapters, forgiving those who have wronged you, and moving forward to a new and better version of you, in a new embedded version of your life.

  • Episode 78 - Finding Your Inner Peace Through Accepting Things and People For Who They Really Are.
    Mar 13 2026
In this episode, I discussed how to find your inner peace and tranquility through accepting people and things for who and what they truly are and not what you what it, things, and people to be. How Spirtual healing and recovery will lead to your interal and external health and wellness, emotional, mental, psychological, relationships, and healing and recovery. In order for you to be able to feel in all the aspects of your life, you have to heal spiritually. A lot of people tell you when you go through something negative that you have to suck it up and act like it didn’t happen. And today I want to talk about the importance of not doing that. It’s OK to deal with what happened to you negatively. Except in the fact that someone did something to you in a negative way that hurt, caused you pain, suffering, and trauma. And we need to stop telling people to suck it up and act like things didn’t happen to them that was negative. You accepting the fact that some negative person did something to them in a negative way. So I decided to take the time today to discuss my journey of accepting the fact that things that happened to me negatively when I was a kid, that I was told to stuck it up and act like you didn’t happen.

  • Episode 76- How Trials_ Adversities and Tribulations Will Lead You to Joy_
    Feb 10 2026
In this video, I discuss how trials, adversities, and tribulations will lead you to joy, blessings, and the light at the end of the tunnel. But do those trials, tribulations, and adversities, you supposed to be not only going through that journey, and path, but you also supposed to be sitting still, and observing, learning, and preparing to go through that situation that you will be facing. Life is not about things being perfect, it’s about going through challenges, difficult times, chaos, destruction, pain, suffering, illnesses, abuse, trauma, and multiple of other things that make you a better person through those adversities, trials, tribulations. In the Bible of James 1: 1-3 it talks about how through those trials, and tribulations, and adversities you find joy. And there’s a difference between joy, and happiness. Joy is something that you find within yourself, no matter what. Whereas happiness is only based upon how you feel, and it’s temporary. So through the. healing and recovery journey, and path is about finding joy within yourself, instead of trying to find happiness that is only temporary. Once you find joy, then no matter if happiness stays your goals, you will still have peace, and tranquility within yourself. And through. my own healing and recover recovery, I found joy that doesn’t come from anyone else but me. So I hope this video gives you inspiration through the times where you go through trials, tribulations, and adversities. #healing #recovery #joy

  • Episode 75- How Trusting God’s Process Will Lead To Your Healing and Recovery?
    Feb 1 2026
In this episode, I’m gonna be discussing how trusting God’s process will lead you to your healing and recovery. The one thing about healing and recovery spiritually is that it will lead you to healing your recovery and every other aspect of your life. Sometimes trusting God‘s process and plan can be very scary because you never know what may or may not happen. Nor will it happen as fast as you would like it to. But the one thing I have discovered through my own spiritual healing and recovery is that by trusting God‘s process, plan, and purpose, will lead you to your blessings, and learning how to maintain your blessings that God has given you. The life that you always wants it will happen, but not based on your way of doing it, or your plan, but the way that God has planned and wants you to do it. So sometimes we have to trust the process when it comes to the spiritual healing and recovery in order for everything else in your life to be better and healed.

  • Episode 74- How Healing and Recovery Will Lead You Back to God_ Higher Power_
    Jan 20 2026
In this episode, I will discuss how healing and recovery can lead you back to God or a higher power. I will be discussing the scripture for the week, Psalms 133:1, the prayer for the day, and the devotional of the day. How like the story of Job, when after everything was stripped from him, and he was sick, he came to God about giving himself completely to God? How did God show him how to deal with negativity, heal, and give him better than what he had? How the story of Job is the same as what happened to me when it came to getting sick, people trying to ruin and destroy my life when it came to going after a sex cult, losing my job, not being able to drive due to anxiety, and being in and out of the hospital for the past 6 years. My testimony about how I chose to give myself completely to God, and how my life has changed for the better.
