She has worked as both an Activities Director and Executive Director, gaining firsthand insight into the emotional, practical, and relational aspects of senior living. She lives in the Los Angeles area. Today, Nancy shares what she has learned through speaking, consulting, and educational resources designed to help families navigate the aging journey with wisdom and compassion. She is the author of The Colors of Autumn and co-author of Me to We. Nancy is a storyteller, advocate, consultant, and educator. She and her husband, leadership professor and author, Dr. Alan E.
