Join me in the garden. The weather is looking up and there are plenty of tasks to complete. We start today by scattering some marigold seeds.

Once again I am in the kitchen making a healthy and nutritious soup from the veggies in my larder.

1x potato, 2x carrots, 2x sweet potato, 2x onions & red lentils.

Join me in the kitchen as I use up what's in the larder and make a very tasty version of shakshuka, a tomato and pepper based dish that can be quite versatile.

2x onions, 2x peppers, olives, 5x plum tomatoes, garlic, 1x block feta and 1x tin taco beans.

Join me as I survey the garden after the winter and see what needs to be done.
