In the workplace, that often shows up as "confusion" about policies, when in reality it's disagreement. Sometimes the same conversation gets repeated in hopes of getting a different answer. She shares a real-life example of policy pushback and explains how listening fully, holding firm boundaries, and calmly reinforcing that the policy stands can bring resolution
