On today’s episode of The Therapy Crouch, Abbey and Peter are back with another chaotic catch up as Peter reveals he’s started a brand new fitness regime and has become absolutely obsessed with swimming, which Abbey is convinced is just proof he’s embracing his inner old man in the pool.
