Cassie is about to have her dream retirement, joining her favorite gaming world, Biprism Realm. A world filled with magic, portals, pocket realms, towers to eternity, monsters, and, most important of all, steampunk elements. Most people would have balked at the idea of spending their retirement in a virtual world. Selling their pension for a chance at a better start in a new world filled with magic, mayhem, and monsters. Fortunately, Cassie was one who wished to sell everything.

The world is changing, altering its very foundations to accommodate one tiny healer with a dream of making it rich, while stuck being Broke. It’s in her blood, and her soul, yet she is still limited by her past flaws. With nothing but her magic and wits about her, Cass has possibly the most perilous task of all; keeping a low profile, while trying to win at high stakes poker tournaments.

The world has finally opened up to Cass who now has the chance and opportunity to go out, explore the wonders of the world and make magical mistakes along the way. Many many magical mistakes. Aided by friends, she will embark on discovering the hidden wonders of the world, while ultimately finding herself, and who she wants to be.

Moving is always tough. The process becomes exponentially tough when you find out that the supposedly vacant land you have chosen out in the middle of nowhere is actually an ancient elven burial ground. Normally, the process would require a brutal battle to the death, but as always, finding an alternate solution is possible. However, the possible solution becomes complicated, to say the least. This complication allows for a temporary reprieve of hostilities, allowing life to move on. As always, training must be conducted.
