What started out as a relatively simple encounter with two highly attractive women trying to survive in the frozen wilderness is now rapidly becoming more complicated for Chris. There is not a whole lot to say. This is just a really good and entertaining series. Good story, good action and good spice. This is one of those series that you can just zone out on and enjoy while doing chores, going for a walk, going on a long drive or any number of other scenarios. As always, Gabriel and Katana do an excellent job of giving this series a life of its own. You won't be disappointed if this kind of story is your thing.

For such a cold unforgiving world I gotta say I'd love to be in Chris' shoes lol loving this series the survival aspects as well as the... other things just overall great story and narration.

I love the new fiery red head addition! She brings a passion and spirit that brings new life and ignites the flames of the series! I mean, I can’t even imagine what Jessica and Hannah have dealt with… And Hannah didn’t let it snuff out her inner flame! Okay, I’ll stop with the bad jokes about fire and and heat… haha. Mostly…

We also seen our group grow closer and we saw something deeper rising in Laura and Susan in the previous book. So you better believe we got to see that rise further in this book. I think Vixen does a pretty decent job at relationship development. Even though there is probably three times the amount of actual scenes of intimacy. And I believe she doesn’t fall pray to a majority of male written stories of this genre. Which is part of the reason harem stories are becoming more difficult to enjoy, personally.

This series is just a lot of fun. I enjoy Vixen’s writing style and world building. The easy flow of Slice of Life, action and several scenes of “hot action!”
Then you have the epic duet of Gabriel Michael and the “Queen of Sheen,” Katana Jones! They are phenomenal narrators with EVERY aspect bringing characters and their stories to life! There isn’t a female narrator that provides a better performance of intimacy than The Queen of Sheen! Only Jessica “The Heat” Threet comes close in my opinion! Gabriel Michaels also does a great job with every aspect of the male narrator side of characters! I would listen to this duet even if they stopped doing adult books!

I’m looking forward to the next book!
