I LOVED this audiobook. The voices were great and the story hits all of the right points. It made me laugh out loud and the personalities of the main characters fit the genre. I will definitely listen to this one more than once.

Listen… this little holiday novella is doing THE MOST in the best way. Sienna’s been in love with her older boss forever, and he’s been pretending he doesn’t feel a thing because “professionalism” and “age difference” and all that nonsense. Then she quits, goes home for Christmas, and suddenly he remembers how to drive because he is on her doorstep immediately.

The fake dating? Lasts about five minutes before it turns into “oh, we’re actually obsessed with each other.” The age gap tension? Delicious. The kink‑forward dynamic? Front and center, but always consensual and emotionally grounded. And Sienna being a virgin adds that extra layer of tenderness that makes their connection hit harder.

Jill Smith gives Sienna that soft, hopeful energy, and Brandon Francis brings full older‑hero intensity. Together, they make this audiobook feel intimate, fast, and addictive.

If you want a quick, spicy, age‑gap Christmas listen with a man who finally stops pretending and a heroine who gets everything she’s been wanting, this one absolutely delivers.

I thoroughly enjoyed listening to A Wife for Christmas in the middle of March. The storyline and narration are top level in writing and acting making for a stellar listening experience. This is a great quick listen at just over two and a half hours. It was the perfect palate cleanser for between listening to series. It reset my listening repertoire.

Sienna figured she would be spending her holiday covering up her little white lies she told her family about her "boyfriend" Jake and her recent unemployed. Those positive aspects of Jacob her boss that she desperately wanted in a partner that she ascribed to Jake were just the beginning.

Sienna's wishes manifest themselves when Jacob her newly ex-boss shows up to her family Christmas. After finally admitting the truth to himself that he pursues Sienna to win her heart. Who says that Christmas can't make miracles happen?

I was blown away by the level of the narration after listening to three back to back clunkers of audio books narrated under less than ideal conditions. Thank you for restoring my faith in finding quality books in the audio format. This definitely the créme de la créme of listening experiences.

Jill Smith and Brandon Francis as dual interactive narrators took this book to the optimal next level in audio book listening experience. They didn't record their individual POV chapters as most dually narrated books are done, but this was done with them actually interacting as a performance just minus the visual aspect.
