If you take issue with MM romances, are sensitive to grown-folks language or detailed bedroom activities, or are possibly triggered by the myriad traumas inflicted on too many young folks- queer or not…no need to listen to these books then criticize. Move on…

HOWEVER…if you want to listen to well-written and expertly narrated stories full of love and compassion and kindness, shown by men who aren’t afraid to be vulnerable and dichotomously strong…then you will not be disappointed with this series…actually, just search Nora Phoenix and listen to ALL her books. That’s my recommendation.

Jesus! This series had me: crying - for the pain, for the sweetness; pissed off - because…some humans can be most cruel and despicable; laughing (very much due to the amazing delivery of the narrators - Kenneth Obi was phenomenal, and John Solo was the perfect choice for George); fanning my face constantly - because…STEAM-MEEE; and, generally acting like a crazy person…talking/yelling at characters in a dang book. Oy!

Some of these characters cross over with those from the No Shame and No Regrets series…I loved them all, even though my heart broke a million times while reading them. They all ended beautifully.
