The heart is a cruel master.

Oh my Sageypoo… I absolutely adored this book.

I loved FYH when I was reading it—I will forever love Sage—and love the arc Damon got in this book after his behavior in FYT. But now that I got to listen to it, omg it was so emotional, and sweet, and HOT!!! I’m even more excited to continue with the rest of the series.

I’m absolutely hooked on Reitan’s “for your love” series… I cannot stop listening. All the characters are so vastly unique, lovable & fascinating - the acceptance & found family the author has created is profound.
Love scenes are outstanding & there are a lot (for which I’m extremely grateful) with stunning performances by Dicosimo & Snow. Well done to the production team for a seamless audio product.

The following contains my opinions on later parts of the story that could be considered **Spoilers**.
I think what is lacking in the series so far (both book 1 & book 2) is the polyamorous aspect of the relationship. I do appreciate that it’s complicated , but I’m here for the steam 🥵 & it sucks to not have those dreamy scenes given the proper time & love in the story. They are merely mentioned in passing, & it feels like a cruel tease to the reader who is so invested in all parts of the story for all characters. I really hope this concept progresses in the books 3 & 4.

This story is taboo for sure especially the bond between the twins. I enjoyed seeing how their love story unfolded and I am ready for the next book. Highly recommended.
