When Drake Hart's security team is hired to find a stalker, he has no idea what's in store for him. However, the day Zoey Lewis' picture lands in his lap, there's nothing he won't do to save her. He's always been quiet and shy, but seeing her changes everything.

Zoey is missing a filter when it comes to interacting with people. She's used to being lost in her computer and being taken care of by her sister. She's an oddball, and people find it hard to deal with. But when Drake smashes his way into her world, she doesn't feel so out of place.

When Zoey is threatened and needs protection, will Drake save the day? With a body like his, all signs point to yes!

Contains mature themes.

For a short story I was really impressed by how much wen into the story without feeling to rushed. I REALLY enjoyed this book and would recommend

You get the mystery, romance, and epilogue in a short period, and I love that every now and again.

The epilogue covered 20 years, and that was my favorite part ❤️❤️

Quick, easy, and good

Let me say, Alexander is an excellent narrator for this type of story, and Stephanie did an excellent job of portraying Zoe, who is clearly autistic. Her affect and thought process is well-written, but she really brings out the character.
The story itself is fantastic. The characters are all unique, with their own perspectives and personalities, but so real you could see it all in your mind's eye. Do NOT miss out on this. You'll be seriously missing out.

Excellent story, equal quality narrators

Loved the dynamics between the main characters, fmc seemed neurodivergent, which I thought was well done. She was socially awkward, no filter and couldn't read people, totally autistic traits, she was also very intelligent and preferred to work alone with her computer skills. The mmc was perfect for her, he accepted all her quirks. Definitely worth the credit!

Short but well written!
