the author narrated her own book, which I love. talked a lot about how to mentally stimulate your partner and some of the more subtle aspects of sex. not a 'playbook'.

As a woman who considers herself very sexually knowledgeable and savvy, having read a few of Lou's books already, I found new insights and information in this one. For example, some of the manual and oral stimulation techniques sound yummy and new. Also, this is the first time I've heard that a tilted uterus can cause rear entry to be painful; all these years I thought I was broken! This short, easily digestible book is for me Top 5 recommendation for persons who pleasure women!
