Doesn’t feel quite completely there’s not enough character development or relationship building between friends and foe and lovers even. It’s a fantastic story plot and set up juts could be … well it could be more!

I enjoyed this book, however, I felt that I was left wanting. The relationships between the MC and SC were confusing due to the rushed nature of them. I just never got super into the story. I kept waiting for something exciting to happen but nothing really scratched that itch. Idk. It was ok and tbh I will probably read the next one in the series once it is released.

I loved this story. It kept my attention and I love the world and character building. The narration is really good and well paced. I’m glad book two is almost out bc I need to know more immediately! Very solid fantasy read.
