I love this book! I listened to the first series before and it was wonderful but this one had me in a chokehold. I did not want it to end! Malachi.. oh the hold you have on me! As long as you can get over a few cringe parts (just the foster siblings) it’s very good. I love hearing his side. The beginning seems like it’s just retelling the first book and I was a little confused but it gets so much better! Worth every minute!

Part 1, I felt like it was repetitive from book 1 but cool being as it was im mainly Malikis POV. Part 2, amazing. I love Olivia and Malikias story.

ALL the narrators did AMAZING!!! Bravo Actors! No notes. Beautifully done!

As far as the story goes…SO good. Yes the first 13 chapters are book one but from Malachis perspective and some back story from before he was adopted. I actually enjoyed hearing his point of view. Yes a lot of the scenes were repeated but it felt fresh to me because of the new POV. I felt it was necessary for the rest of the story.

I have no notes. I loved every minute of this audiobook.
