This is the 2nd book in the series this was such a sexy roller coaster I'm loving it so much I couldn't get enough I'm little disappointed that it had to end I'm looking forward to the next one.

Maddox, an Audiobook by Piper Stone is book two in the Claimed and Protected series. This one follows the story of Maddox and Charmaine. He’s a former SEAL who is asked to come out for one last assignment. He has to protect Charmaine. She is a bratty, entitled woman who acts before thinking. Honestly, she grated on my nerves a bit. Still this story was exciting, danger-filled, and steamy!!

This Audiobook was narrated by Skyler Morgan, who was excellent!! He performed all of the characters and I loved how he had different ‘voices’ for the male and female characters. This made it easy to listen to, brought more depth to the story, and made it easy to distinguish M/F characters! Wonderful!!

I enjoyed Maddox's story, while the theme is not original, the author knew how to keep the reader in a full engagement with suspense, intrigue, romance and scorching hot scenes.
The narration is well executed with depth and intensity adding new levels to the author's words.
