Raised in a motorcycle gang, tough and beautiful Arianne Wilder has always dreamed of a normal life. But no sooner does she escape her father's domineering grasp than she wakes up to find herself in a rival gang's clubhouse--at the mercy of the dangerously sexy Jagger Knight. The alpha leader of the notorious Sinner's Tribe, Jagger Knight is all muscle, all biker, and all man. But somewhere inside this hard, tattooed outlaw, Arianne senses a kindred spirit--and she can't ignore their tempestuous attraction.

Can she beat him at his own game in a revved-up blaze of glory? Or will their passion spark a war that's the end of the road for them both?

Contains mature themes.

This was very entertaining and hot at the same time. I'm hoping book two does this series justice. It's action packed and mystery with Bad Ass Bikers. The narration was also on point.

I don't think you can save the book is good. The story is hard to read for me because one typically does not think of those who break the law as being good.

Well it's hard for me to be relate to the world of MC, I will say that they intrigue me. This is one of the rougher ones that I've read but the story was well written, well told and kept me captivated.

The brutality and betrayal was really hard for me to read about. MC fathers and mothers ("Old Ladies") whom raise children in these types of clubs always leaves me wondering what the hell they're thinking. But then I guess these clubs are type of family unit and almost like a religion. At least it seems like in the way that the books are told, and hey.... some religious teachings are hard for me to understand.

But I think why I keep coming back to these types of books is due to the intensity and passion that MC men seem to have in their relationships with their "Old Ladies", they are very alpha male in primal almost like the PNR books I read. In the end what can I say I am such a sucker for good powerful romance.

It is very hard to call crime romantic...

I enjoyed the story but I found the narrators voice a bit annoying, especially the higher pitches.

I feel this would have been an excellent book if the story would have been shortened and a few of the unnecessary twists and turns were taken out. Parts of the book were very well written but parts were just drug out and felt like they were never going to get to the point or on with the story. it also would have been better with a Male doing the Male parts of the book.

Very well written! A perfect combination of author and narrator. This story has substance. I look forward to book two with Cade and Dawn.
