What did you love best about Shot in the Dark?

I especially enjoyed how the relationship between the hero and heroine grew, and how their relationship changed them on a personal level.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Luci, the barista. I like the way she strived to overcome past troubles. I like her determination in changing her future in a positive way. Her optimism was exactly what the hero, Devlin, needed.

What about Nicole Colburn’s performance did you like?

She's how I imagined Luci sounded.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

It held my interest and I liked the feel of "being there" at the end when Luci was in danger and Devlin had to overcome any personal hesitation if he hoped to help.

Any additional comments?

I found the information on Russian tattoos quite interesting. The story is well paced with lots of action. Shot in the Dark has something for everyone: romance, suspense, humor and likeable characters.
