The fantasy elements are interesting, smexy magic toys, oh my!! Plenty of steam here. Mostly solo action with the toys. Loads of voyeurism! Hawt!! Be ready for a cold shower!
The story is a mixed narrative, mostly from the POV of the two leads. It gives plenty of insights into the dynamic of the relationship. It has a nice build to the feelings and made the story really sing. I am not always into fantasy, but this was a great story.
I listened to the audiobook narrated by Audrey Lusk, who is delightful! She has a wonderful pace that keeps the story moving along. I love her energy in this read, it makes the story pop. The steamy parts are very well done. She has a real feel for the naughty romances and all their nuances! Yummy narration throughout!
