I thought the first book in this series was amazing… But this one! Knocked it out of the park! I loved it. I have never hated characters like Bernadette and her twisted family and let’s not forget Chris! Woo wee! That Chris made my skin crawl! The narrators really brought this story to a new level! They were phenomenal! Now on to the next…

This was an amazing second book, I couldn't stop listening. The voice actors made this audio book feel like I was living in their world! What the characters were feeling and going through were spot on with the narrators and left you wanting more! It does end on a cliff hanger so you know, ugh I need the next book!

This was insane!! The author Leigh Rivers is apparently the Queen of the cliffhangers. 😭 Talented story writing. So good! The rest of the backstory explains everything. Kade and Stacey went through absolute TRAUMA!! Now so is Base. Bernadette and Archie need a slow painful death. Excited to find out what Tobias does!! One of the craziest cliffhangers ever. Narration is top tier. You couldn’t ask for a better cast. My heart bleeds for Lucy and Kade. Absolutely exceptional. Chris is still a psychopath. 😱 Very dark content. Be warned. This series is addicting. I only wish I waited until all 3 audio books were released. It will be hard to wait for book 3. Hurry!!

Definitely a must read for dark romance lovers. Loved every minute of it; literally finished book 1&2 in 3 days. About to start book 3 because the suspense is killing me.
