Joe Arden has a way of making a psychopath come to life. Corbin’s voice is so good! This story is really messed up! It was entertaining in a sick sadistic, sadly masochistic way. The adult circumcision was a bit much.

This is Joe and Corvin perfection! They brought these characters to life and made the tension real. This was dark and depraved, but so well-written!!

The narration.... perfection.
Joe and Corvin could make a freakin dictionary sound hot af.
For some reason this story just didn't captivate me the way I thought it would. Maybe it was just the wrong time/ mood for it but it seemed to drag on for me.
I think it could be absolutely fantastic and I had high hopes for the 2nd book but for some reason I just wasn't in love with this first volume.

Joe & Corvin are honestly just perfection.
