DARK and So Good

I initially avoided this series because I didn't, and still don't, like the original covers. As sad as that may seem, it's the truth. The new cover for the series, which is significantly different from the individual books, opened me up to the possibility. And I'm SO happy that I gave it a shot!

This series is all kinds of messed up. It's check-your-triggers dark, wicked, steamy, haunting, and violent. Did that stop me from enjoying it? No, and that's all there is to it.

Reading in order is highly recommended.

The narrators are Kelsey Navarro and Blake Lockheart, with Kelsey carrying the bulk of the book as it's mostly from Shayne's POV and not in duet. She does a great job making sure all that attitude, strength, and desperation come hurdling across my earbuds. Blake is also good for those chapters that I get to hear him. 🎧❤️🎧

I could not stop listening to this one. Amazing book, filled with plenty of interesting twists and turns.

Loved this series!

I love this author, this series has a great plot that has twists you don’t see coming. The narrators made the book come to life. Definitely check trigger warnings but if you enjoy dark romance this is a great listen
