This is the first book of the Golden Masters Series performed in Duet by the great Joe Arden & Michelle Sparks. They did phenomenal portraying this college dark romance.

So ... I loved and hated this book well not the book the fmc. This is so my own fault though I just tend to hate the fmcs and it's quite rare when I do like one. This has no bearing on the great Michelle she's one of my favorite narrators lol. I wanted to strangle the fmc for most of the book lol and kick the mmc for letting her get away with so much. 😆 Man do I sound like a woman hater 😆 I promise I'm not

All in all i really enjoyed the book and to be very honest wanted it more dark ... I think this is more light gray to me. Fast paced, Story line was good, went a little fast at the end but I didn't mind it.

Will definitely keep going in the series!

I absolutely ate this book up!!! I listened to the audio and Joe Arden and Michelle Sparks put on such stunning performances! The story kept me entertained all the way til the end and I wanted more! It’s definitely dark, so check your triggers. I am super excited for the rest of the series!

Great Storyline

I have never heard of this author previously listening to this book. I listened to it because of the male narrator but ended up loving this book and the storyline.

Torre is everything us Booktok girls love. Dark, Brooding, Irresistibly sexy, and Protective. Scarlet is a female character with sassy grit in the best way. I am looking forward to more stories from the other male characters. Also, I will listen to ANYTHING with Joe Arden. #Swoon

Twisty

Joe Arden and Michelle Sparks narrating takes to a whole nother level. Because let's face it nobody can do unhinged male characters like Joe. Can't wait for the series to continue especially being narrated by Bluenose.
