Great story!

This was a really good story. I loved the characters. Axe and Zoey had history and a connection that made the chemistry between them great. They will have your heart breaking for their past and hoping for their future.

Joe Arden and Michelle Sparks did a great job bringing this story to life and their voices fit the characters perfectly.

Mafia in a new form

A pretty different take on a mafia romance. It's hard to say much without giving spoilers. Zoey and Axe needed each other when they were younger and when life changed things they were too young to know how it would alter all the things to come.

I consumed this one via audio and always enjoy the enhancement a story gets when Joe Arden and Michelle Sparks are paired up.

omg heart stopping!

I love a good mafia romance book. This one blew me away. The narrators we're unbelievable. Had to hold my breath more than a few times. A killer with a code, reminds me of Dexter. Who hasn't made mistakes when they were teenagers. Regret is such a hard pill to swallow. Words really cut deeper than a knife. Zoey and Ax really belong together. LOVED THIS INTENSE PSYCHOLOGICAL THRILLER. This is my first books from this writer. Worth every penny paid for it. IT DARK AND TWISTED (BEST COMBINATION) RECOMMEND 100%

Not bad

The narrators did amazing. Joe Arden is perfection. The story is pretty good. I feel like it was missing something but can’t pinpoint exactly what it is. It was a little boring at times. Overall a good read and I would recommend
