Huge thanks to Brandy and Valentine PR for an ALC of this book. I don't know what Brandy put in this story - catnip perhaps because I could NOT put it down. The New Orleans vibes were perfect and of course the Noire men have me fully intrigued. This was such a great setup for a brand-new series. I'm also a sucker for friends to lovers! It's the best!

The audio narration was phenomenal — the voice actors really brought this story to life! 10/10 recommend. 🖤

I reread this by Audio and I loved it even more with Andi Eloise & Brandon Francis. Their duet narraton knocked this out of the park. This was perfect casting. I could feel and hear the chemistry, every emotion and all of the passion. Andi and Brandon have great alternate voices fornthe rest of the characters that come thought consistently. I love little Remys voice the most, its adorable.

I absolutely devoured this book. I was completely enamored this the backdrop of this story. The characters drew me in, and every word felt important. It's poeticly written, and I was all consumed with the plot. It drew out every emotion in me, and i love it when a book can do that. I can't wait for the rest of the series. This world has me in a choke hold

Ryker and Mercy will have you feeling raw and venerable, then put you back together. It's an emotionally charged story full of triles and tribulations showing you healing and perseverance will get you a long, hard fought forever love.

Ryker is obsessed and has loved Mercy for almost 20 years (can you imagine), and he had never even kissed her. He is so thoughtful and intense but has the biggest heart for those he loves. I love how hard he fights for Mercy and
her son Remy. He is so protective and invested in their happiness and safety.

Mercy is an absolute fighter. To survive and do what she did to keep her and Remy safe shows you what a strong and determined person she is. She is also super sassy and doesn't let Ryker get away with much.

I loves the banter and playfulness between them. It really shows how long they have known each other. And their chemistry its some.of my favorite. This man's mouth is lethal, but Mercy is just as dirty mouthed (wish we had more FMCs with them).

This was my first Brandy Hynes book. I was so captivated by the world she created that by 20% in, I had to go and start the audiobooks from her Kort series just to get more of her beautiful writing and more context (not needed but I enjoyed the easter eggs)

Ryker freaking Noire!!!!

I absolutely loved this book the first time I read it. And now to have listened to it on audio, I love it even more!

Anything Brandy writes I am going to gobble up and this one was no different! I love Brandy's world and cannot wait for the audio of Twelve Mile Limit!

Well.my little heart is happy. i really and I mean really enjoyed this book. I have been invested in Ryker and Mercy since Rena's story. I new it was gonna be Swoon worthy and all the things I have loved in Brandy's writing. Remi is the cutest little boy and the way the brothers are sigh this little man hell even with Mercy you can't help but feel jealous. I love Rykers possessive side. lol but what makes it equally amazing g and entertaining is Mercy's attitude right back! I feel Brandy Hynes books are a go in blind there are so many good ones! I cant wait and see where this series brings us next!! Bravo Brandy!!

My hell!! The story was fantastic! but can I just say these narrators do not skimp on their acting. they do such a good job! They both nailed the intensity and passion these characters had!! such a fun way to meet new people
