Pearl Barrett was raised in New Zealand and Australia and now makes her home outside Nashville, Tennessee. In the 1990s, she and her sister Serene were signed to Forefront Records and began touring widely. As Pearl transitioned into marriage and motherhood, her passion for biblical wisdom and practical health intensified, fueling a long search for sustainable wellness that fit real family life. That journey led Pearl and Serene to create Trim Healthy Mama, a lifestyle brand built on balanced, wholesome eating without extremes. Their message champions all the foods God made and promotes a joyful, grace-filled relationship with nourishment. Pearl has coauthored multiple bestselling books, hosts a popular podcast, and continues to develop resources that equip women of all ages and stages to thrive. She and her husband, Charlie, enjoy life in rural Tennessee surrounded by their growing family.
